玩偶姐姐

Our researchers in economics, political science and law work on multiple publications and projects which usually focus on ex post analysis of the policy or on policy design. Our recent academic projects were focused on 鈥淩elative efficiency of public transportation construction spending鈥� or on “Post-covid-19 Pandemic Economic Recovery鈥�. Recently, the 玩偶姐姐 team (in cooperation with a team from Charles University) started to work on 鈥淣ew Generation of Traffic Accidents Statistics for Police CR鈥�, a project funded by the Technological Agency Czech Republic.

Our largest research team composed of experts in political science, political theory and law brings regularly high-end outputs. To name some, 玩偶姐姐 had received research funding for projects 鈥淭ransformation of the Islamist Parties: Findings from Turkey鈥� and 鈥淒emocratic recessions in the post-communist and Muslim world: an institutional approach鈥� from the prestigeous Czech Science Foundation. In this field, we also co-organize the 鈥淚deas in Politics鈥� conference and host important events such as the Model United Nations 鈥淧ORGMUN鈥�.

The field of history and international relations belongs to one of the most established lines of scholarship at 玩偶姐姐. Our focus on modern history (esp. second half of 20-th century), with outreach to international relations, including diplomatic history. The recent interdisciplinary project 鈥淐omparing Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic: Alternative Leadership Styles in the V4鈥� integrates several disciplines with interesting international comparison as an outcome. Among other activities, we may list Anglo-American Studies Roundtable and Interdisciplinary Conference on Human Rights organized in partnership with Norwich University.

Our faculty focus on other disciplines as well: finance and accounting where we developed conference IFRS: Global Rules & Local Use 鈥� Beyond the Numbers; linguistics with regular publications in the field and law with a number of cross disciplinary teams and foci.
